"New to this location and company. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere past the very bright and bustling check-in/out area. Staff is pleasant. Aesthetic is minimalist and chic. The best part is the treatment area which is dark and silent. No speaking above a whisper is requested. Crashing waves is all you hear. Lovely and tranquil experience. Leaves me feeling ultra relaxed."

"I almost never leave reviews, but it feels necessary for The NOW because it’s how I located this gem in the heart of downtown Franklin. From the moment you walk in the doors, you are greeted with a calming scent and bright/airy waiting room. The front desk staff is very helpful with any questions you may have. The treatment rooms are dark with white noise and ocean sounds. It was THE MOST comfortable heated massage table I have ever been on. Candice asked me what my concerns were and really took extra care to address those. She was fantastic! All of the treatment rooms are next to each other, but there’s absolutely no noise. I couldn’t hear a thing! I highly suggest the scalp massage add-on. They use this coconut peppermint oil that helped to relieve my tension headache. I ended up purchasing a membership because it was so amazing! 10/10."

"Smells amazing when you walk through the door. The man at the front desk was nice and soothing.;) The prices are posted when behind the desk when you first walk in. When you are ready for your appointment they walk you in a room talk to you some about your expectations and concerns. Next you go into a dim room with a rushing sound of waves, it was immediately disarming. Every room has these very long heavy curtains with thick rope you use on a boat/ship. It's a a real Williamson county vacation vibe guys. Must try out! Nothing less than a 80 minute massage is the way to go."

"I went for an 80-minute massage at The NOW and was not disappointed. They're located in a convenient area of Downtown Franklin with a parking garage that's connected. As soon as you walk in The NOW, you're relaxed. The entire vibe is clean, friendly and so relaxing. They have ocean sounds going and it was one of the quietest massage spots I've been to! I had Anne for my massage and she is experienced and incredible. She asked me before my massage about troubled spots & if I had any places I didn't want massaged. She then brought me in to her very relaxing room with a heated table (perfect for a cold day). I added on extra heat too! The massage was perfect - not too hard and incredibly relaxing. Anne gave me some tips following the appointment to help with hip flexibility. I would definitely recommend The NOW to anyone looking for an affordable, amazing massage experience.
