We focus on delivering a spa experience but eliminate the exclusivity and cost of a traditional day spa. This means our Massage Therapists can focus on offering high quality, healing services without having to manage other job related duties.

One of our core values at The NOW Massage is “care for those who care for others.” We offer opportunities for self-care including generous team discounts, wellness tools and supplies and regular massages.

We know our team values time to reset away from the boutiques as well, which is why we created Wellness Rewards. As a part of the program, each team member is encouraged to expense up to $125 per year on purchases towards their own self-care i.e., physical fitness, therapy tools, wellness products and more.

We offer a highly competitive compensation structure to encourage financial success.

Our massage therapists receive paid down time, have a 95% average booking rate and get additional compensation for more in-depth therapies like deep tissue and prenatal work.

We understand that continued education is an integral part of a massage therapists’ development and provide each massage therapist with two continuing education units per year on us!

Understanding that it can be costly to obtain and maintain a license as a therapist, we invest in our team by offering up to $125 every two years to obtain or renew licenses.
