Please complete the Yelp Incremental Ad Budget form below by Monday, November 20th if you wish to spend above the $500/mo. contribution from the brand fund. 

All incremental budgets submitted by November 20th will go into effect December 1st and continue until we are notified to stop or adjust the incremental spend. All budget updates must be submitted by the 20th of the month using this form and will to into effect for the following month.

If you do not submit this form, the monthly Yelp ad budget for your boutique will be $500/mo. paid by the brand fund only.
