Sanitation Protocols

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have created and adopted updated standards surrounding sanitation and cleanliness at our boutiques. The standards below were created based on current guidance and orders from local, state, and federal health officials. By implementing these standards, we hope to create a healthy and safe environment for our employees and our guests. These standards are in addition to any of the Standards of Practices previously in effect, and are subject to change based on any future guidance or regulation from healthcare officials.

Protocols may vary depending on  
  • Meet, monitor and (where possible) exceed guidance and regulations from local, state and federal health officials
  • Elevated cleaning & sanitization standards
    • Increased professional boutique cleaning schedule
    • Use of EPA/FDA registered disinfectants for all cleaning
    • UV sanitation utilized prior to opening daily
  • Homedics UV-C Light and Hepa Air purification systems installed in each treatment room and guest areas
  • Hand sanitizer units throughout the boutique and each treatment room
  • Touchless hand soap dispensers
  • Employees required to wear a mask at all times (Los Angeles, Lower Greenville, North Scottsdale, Preston Forest, South Loop and Lincoln Park locations)
  • Continuation of our medical grade linen service
Guest Expectations:
  • Download our app for touchless check-in and check-out
  • Guest forms can be completed prior to your visit
  • Sanitize hands upon entering and exiting all areas of boutique
  • Masks required at all times inside the boutique including during treatment (Los Angeles, Lower Greenville, North Scottsdale, Preston Forest, South Loop and Lincoln Park locations)
  • Please stay home if feeling unwell or exhibiting any symptoms of illness
