Erewhon Market is my go to for on the go plant based meals and superfood smoothies. I can also pick up my produce and supplements for the week while I’m there.

Favorite post massage activity?
When I get home from an evening massage, I turn off my phone, drink water and draw an epsom salt bath. This routine allows me to wake up the next day completely rejuvenated.
