Operation of The NOW Boutique location listed on the first page of the Agreement will be subject to the Ohio Massage Establishments Act, ORC Ann. §§ 503.40 et seq. and the Ohio’s Prepaid Entertainment Contracts Act, ORC Ann. §§ 1345.41 et seq.
